You can supply artwork for any of the products that we sell, and we give you as much information as possible to make this an easy and error free task.

What are the advantages of supplying your own artwork?

Technical Info…

When supplying design work it must be to the following specification:

· 300 DPI

· CYMk colour mode (spot colour see below)

· Flattened Jpegs/Flattened Tiffs/PDFs (all text converted to paths)

· One file per piece of artwork – if ordering double sided products, supply one file for the front and one for the reverse. You may then zip these files into one folder

· All sizes and bleeds are given on the specific product pages

·Please do not include cut marks

Spot colour artwork files (1, 2, 3 and 4 colour) to be supplied in the following formats;

· 300 DPI

· If using Photoshop then spot colours can be supplied using creating monotone, duotone, triton or quad tone for 1,2,3 and 4 colours respectively but this involves firstly converting the image mode to grayscale and then setting up the above

· We suggest to supply a flattened PDF file for all spot color work

· One file per piece of artwork – if ordering two sided products then supply one file for the front and one for the reverse

· Please do not include cut marks

Please be aware that we CANNOT accept the following formats:

· MS Word

· MS PowerPoint

· MS Publisher

These are not professional design formats and we’re afraid you cannot supply artwork in these formats. We can only print files that are to the specification above.

Please make sure that you download the design templates, which also contain a “read me” file, at the bottom of this page.

Uploading Artwork

You can upload the artwork when you order. Once you have selected the quantity you desire, click on the price to be taken to the artwork options. Next select “upload artwork” and you will be presented with browse buttons to locate your file/s. Click on browse, locate your file/s and click continue to upload.

If you are ordering products that are double sided or have multiple pieces or artwork, we suggest that you zip all the files together using winzip. When you come to uploading your files you simply just need to upload a single, zipped folder.

Emailing Artwork

If you files are less than 10MB then you can email artwork to us at artwork@manchesteronlineprint.com. Please put your order number in the subject bar.

You Send It

If your files are larger than 10MB we suggest you use a website called www.yousendit.com. This is because some Internet Service Providers do not like it when you attempt to email large files. Please use the address artwork@manchesteronlineprint.com when prompted and please put your order number in the subject bar.

Templates

Please right click on “download” and save it to your computer. Please make sure that you read the “read me” file to make sure you supply the artwork in the correct format.
